Rivista dell’Arbitrato reports on BCDR International Arbitration Review

Rivista dell’Arbitrato, the journal of the Italian Association for Arbitration, published a report on the BCDR International Arbitration Review in its first issue of 2018.  Written by leading arbitrator Professor Piero Bernardini, the report hails the BCDR International Arbitration Review as a “wise initiative,” recognized for the “quality of its content” and the “renown of those contributing reports and articles.” The author draws attention to the depth of the information found in the initial issues, the topicality of the subjects they cover, and the light they throw on Arab approaches to practices and concepts familiar to Western readers, concluding that the BCDR International Arbitration Review is to be welcomed as a “reliable source of continuous and comprehensive information regarding the law and practice of international arbitration in the Gulf States.”
