Vice Chairperson of the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution speaks at London Disputes Week 2025

Professor Marike Paulsson, Vice Chairperson of the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution and Secretary General of the Council for International Dispute Resolution of the Kingdom of Bahrain, participated in a session at London Disputes Week 2025, entitled “The Future of Institutional Arbitration,” alongside Kevin Nash, the Director of the London Court of International Arbitration and a panel of representatives from Dubai, Qatar, Finland, Madrid, and Sweden.

Professor Paulsson addressed key issues at the intersection between sovereignty and international law, reflecting on the evolving relationship between institutions and users and strategies for managing new challenges.

|On the sidelines of the participation, the Secretary General discussed future cooperation with the Director of the London Court of International Arbitration, reaffirming Bahrain’s commitment to contributing to the global dialogue on the future of arbitration.
